The 15th edition of the Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition sponsored by the construction sector. A benchmark real estate event consolidating the national circuit that will be held on the 8th, 9th and 10th November 2019 at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga – FYCMA in Málaga, Spain.
Simed has become one of the leading meeting points for commercial platforms in Southern Spain. The event brings together real estate developers, construction companies, auxiliary services and other professionals within the real estate sector.
It has progressively gained momentum, seeing a huge increase in participation and visitors in recent years. In 2018 Simed had more than 7,500 visitors and offered approximately 22,000 properties with more than 160 companies represented, 70 percent more than in 2017.
This year is set to see a further increase, with a focus on latest technological trends and the most innovative solutions for real estate.
On this fifteenth edition, SIMed is bringing to the meeting point “Simed Edifica Sostenible” (“Simed builds sustainable”), an area dedicated exclusively to sustainable, energy efficient construction methods and housing organised in association with Passivhaus Costa del Sol. With the global boom in Eco-awareness, the Spanish market is progressively showing an interest in this sector. Companies who specialise in this criteria will be represented, offering product demonstrations, illustrating new building techniques, accompanied by presentations and talks on green technology and the moving market place.
The Essence of GoGreenSpain is blending green technology and a contemporary style. We have been actively introducing a build method, which brings a Northern European build standard to the Costa del Sol.
